Collegiate Chapters
Two (collegiate) senators are required from each NSBE collegiate chapter. These 2 chapter senators become members of their prospective regional senate. In other words, if you’re a senator from Region 2, you become a member of the Region 2 Senate. The 6 regional senates then comprise the NSBE National Senate due to the fact NSBE is divided into six geographical regions. The National Senate has jurisdiction over the entire society.
Alumni Chapters
Two (alumni) delegates are required from each NSBE alumni chapter. These 2 chapter delegates become members of their prospective regional house of delegates. In other words, if you’re a delegate from Region 2, you become a member of the Region 2 House of Delegates. The 6 regional alumni houses then comprise the NSBE National (alumni) House of Delegates due to the fact that NSBE is divided into six geographical regions. The National House of Delegates has jurisdiction only over the alumni extension of NSBE.
