The Leadership Challenge

This program allows chapter members to test their ability to lead and follow in practical, real-time challenges. The competition requires contestants to conquer a specific challenge within their chapter, while documenting, improving and controlling the process.

Leadership Shadowing Initiative

The Shadowing Initiative allows members to experience being the officer of their choice in during a conference or at National Convention. Participants get the actual feel of being that particular officer by following and carrying our specific task for which the officer is responsible. The member will experience the position “in the heat of the moment” and is provided the opportunity to network with and be mentored by the chosen officer.

NEB Development Sessions

NEB Development Sessions occur at NEB meetings where NEB members are provided with development specific to their role as members of the Board of Directors. This includes but not limited to: Ethics, Image Management and Consultation and Executive Networking.

Online PDU/CEUs

Members will have the opportunity to obtain professional courses in areas related to moving up the corporate ladder. These courses will assist members in their current job functions and allow for credit toward industry certifications.

Support Workshops

These workshops address the social, economic and life issues related to achievement in education in challenging areas. They will help to pinpoint these obstacles and help students leap over them.
